Now We Know Why the County Clerks Are Struggling

Seems the level of bullying that has gone on in Snohomish County started the moment that Mark Ericks walked through the door.

It appears that hell has officially frozen over – the Clerk’s ratified the agreement.

Mark – Thank you for meeting and having the frank discussion with their attorney, that’s what put it over the top.  Thanks!

The SCCA members voted on the last contract proposal this week.  The ballots were counted and verified last night and ratified by the members.  At this point I’m not sure what else I need to do – please let me know if there’s anything further that needs to be done on our end.

Thanks!

You would think he’d be a little more professional but it is apparent that he is a county employee with as little respect for the other employees, as those in the Executive’s Office.

I don’t see him bargaining in good faith at this point.

Maybe instead of trying to suck up to Ericks, he might actually have some respect for his fellow employees.

Makes you wonder what Mark Ericks said to the lawyers to get them to fold.
