Troy Kelley on His Way Back to Federal Court This Morning

At 9:30 a.m. sharp Mr Kelley is going in front of District Court Judge Leighton for some type of motion hearing…

12/2/15 9:30 AM USA v. Troy X Kelly Leighton Tacoma Courtroom B

I have been pretty silent on this whole ordeal because I can not seem to get enough info to come to any clear conclusion and it has never set well with me.

Most people’s first instinct is to think if the Feds said so it must be true… I am not sure why, because history has proven time and time again that that assumption is absurd

The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000.

Of 28 examiners with the FBI Laboratory’s microscopic hair comparison unit, 26 overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far, according to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Innocence Project, which are assisting the government with the country’s largest post-conviction review of questioned forensic evidence.

The cases include those of 32 defendants sentenced to death. Of those, 14 have been executed or died in prison, the groups said under an agreement with the government to release results after the review of the first 200 convictions.

So they have no problem falsely imprisoning 268 people and letting 14 of those be executed – just another day at the office for them

I am not defending Mr Kelley and what he has done seems pretty shady to those of us not dealing with millions of dollars on a daily basis, but in all of my research and in questioning men with those type of assets they do move their money all over the place, sometimes several times a week.

The issue of him keeping the fees from the title transactions seems to be more of a contract dispute then a crime. If keeping fees which were never guaranteed to be returned is a crime then we should just start lining people up, grab a psychic and start charging everyone who is going to commit a contractual snafu ever in their lives (That should keep the Feds busy for a while)

I am very confused by the charges and the general public should also be… This smacks of politics: It should also be noted he was charged after he gave Snohomish County a particularly bad audit which fissed off Mark Ericks like nobody’s business and he has enough buddies at the FBI to start this kind of a fire. The odd thing is that I think that Bob Ferguson had something to do with it, I’ll know more if I ever get my FOIA records from the Feds (but don’t hold your breath for that anytime soon)

If I get charged with some bizarre crime in the near future I won’t be surprised, that’s usually what happens to people who ask too many questions of the Government: and I do.

Please just don’t believe everything the media spoonfeeds you, not even on this paper.I mean that.

Research things for yourself, ask questions, demand answers
