Snohomish County authorities refusing to let the family see her to possibly get information as to the child’s whereabouts.
It is unknown what they believe their authority is to withhold a juvenile from their parents in order to put her through interrogation without representation. We put a call into the media line but have not received a response yet
Lund’s family is frustrated as well. Family members told KIRO-7 they hadn’t seen her for months and they have not been allowed to see her while she was detained.
