A local man who has fought to build a popular wine business which started in his garage amid neighbors complaints has been arrested for DUI by the state Patrol. He is currently serving a sentence for that DUI. He is a member of the Snohomish County Economic Alliance & owns Structural Design Associates an engineering firm doing lots of work for local construction companies including Municipal Court Judge Laura Van Slyck’s Husband’s own firm
