SNOHOMISH COUNTY FAMILY CENTER Operated by Catholic Community Serves, this center serves to identify and assist individuals who live in Snohomish County and are at risk due to mental health illness of hospitalization, incarceration, or recent crisis episodes without services, and have no means of paying for services.
